Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country of the purchased artwork.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link that you will receive by email 2-3 days (on average) after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Taxes and customs
Customs duties are paid by the buyer. When you buy art from another country, any customs duties are always paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package. Customs duties are calculated and paid directly to the customs service of the recipient country upon receipt of the parcel. Works of art may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please check with your local customs office for more detailed information about duties and taxes.
The buyer has 14 days to return the purchase.
We package all artwork in boxes using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged artwork is rare. If you receive a damaged piece of art, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com and we will resolve your issue. Please save the box and all packing material as we need to have these items to process your claim. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
The work must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
You will receive a refund using the same payment method you used once the artwork is delivered back in perfect condition, in the original packaging and we will refund you the price of the artwork.
